This page says what we collect when you use the website or send us an enquiry, why we keep it, who sees it and how to get it removed. It is written for people, not lawyers. If anything is unclear, call the office.

1. Who we are

Mayfair Properties & Developers is a real estate advisory firm working only in Gurugram, Haryana. The office is at P-106, Sohna-Gurgaon Road, Uppal Southend, Sector 48, Gurugram 122018. For anything about your data, the person responsible is Upendra, the office manager, on +91 93501 12902 or mayfairpropertiesofficial@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Only what an enquiry needs.

When you send an enquiry or ask for a valuation: your name, phone number, the locality and property you are asking about, and anything you type in the message box. Email is optional.
When you message us on WhatsApp or call: your number and what you tell us. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy terms.
When you browse: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages opened, time) kept by our host, and analytics data if you accept analytics cookies. See section 5.
If you save or compare properties on the site, that list is stored in your own browser, not on our server.

We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or documents through the website. If a deal goes ahead, those are handled in person at the office.

3. Why we use it

To call or WhatsApp you back about the property or valuation you asked about. That is the main reason and usually the only one.
To send you two or three matching options if you asked for a brief.
To keep a record of who we spoke to, so we do not call you twice about the same thing.
To fix problems on the website and see which pages people actually use.

We do not sell your details, run marketing lists or send bulk messages. If you do not want to hear from us again, say so on the call or reply “stop” on WhatsApp and we mark the file closed.

The owner or buyer of a property, only once you agree to a visit or a conversation, and only your name and number.
Service providers who run the website for us: Hostinger (hosting), Google (analytics, only if you accept it) and WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there. They process the data on our instructions and cannot use it for themselves.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

Nobody else. We do not pass enquiries to other brokers, banks or loan agents.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website sets one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice, and uses your browser’s local storage for saved and compared properties. Nothing here identifies you.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 records which pages you visit and roughly where you are, with your IP address shortened. We use it to see which localities and pages people look at. You can decline on the banner, change your mind from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or block cookies in your browser. The site works the same either way.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry details: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If a deal goes ahead, the transaction file is kept for as long as Indian tax and property law requires.
Server logs: 30 days.
Analytics: 14 months, the Google Analytics default.
WhatsApp chats: on the office phone until the enquiry is closed, then cleared.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

tell you what we hold about you,
correct it,
delete it, unless we must keep it under another law,
stop contacting you, at any time,
deal with someone you nominate, if you cannot act yourself.

Email mayfairpropertiesofficial@gmail.com or call +91 93501 12902. We reply within seven working days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

The website and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If a minor’s details reach us, tell us and we delete them.

9. Changes

When this page changes we update the date at the top. A new use of your data will be announced on this page for 30 days before it applies.
