Terms of use

Short version: the listings are honest but indicative, nothing on this site is a contract, and a property is only yours when the papers say so.

1. About us

Mayfair Properties & Developers has worked in Gurugram property since 1999. The website is a way to show what we have and to start a conversation. It does not replace a site visit, a title check or a written agreement.

2. Listings and prices

  • Every listing is shown as a price range agreed with the owner. The final price is settled between buyer and seller. Ranges are not offers and can change without notice.
  • Sizes are as declared by the owner or in the sanctioned plan. Measure before you pay.
  • “Verified” on a listing means one of us has visited the property and seen the ownership papers. It is not a legal opinion on title. You should still use your own lawyer.
  • Availability changes daily. A listing may already be sold or let by the time you enquire.

3. No advice

Information on the site, including the Notes section, is general and based on our experience in Gurugram. It is not legal, tax, investment or valuation advice. Decisions about buying, selling or renting are yours, and you should take independent professional advice before signing anything.

4. Enquiries and valuations

Sending an enquiry does not create any obligation on you or on us. A free valuation is an opinion of the likely price range, given within 24 hours from what you tell us and a visit if needed. It is not a certified valuation report.

5. Using the website

You agree not to scrape, copy or republish listings, photographs or text without written permission; not to send false enquiries; and not to try to break or overload the site. We may block access if that happens.

6. Photographs and content

Photographs, text and the Mayfair name and logo belong to Mayfair Properties & Developers or to the owners who supplied them. Project names and logos of developers such as Godrej and M3M belong to those companies; we show them as their channel partner. You may share a listing link. You may not reuse the images.

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, social media and developer websites take you off our site. We do not control them and their terms apply there.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website alone, without a visit and a written agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
