Sushant Lok 1 is one of Gurugram’s oldest planned residential colonies, laid out from the early 1980s by Ansal Properties and Infrastructure in what is now Sector 43, next to Golf Course Road. It is not a single gated project but a mature neighbourhood of residential plots, builder floors and independent houses, along with its own markets, schools and parks.
