DLF Royale Residences

DLF Royale Residences is a new launch of independent floors by DLF in DLF City Phase 1, turning a limited number of heritage plots into low rise luxury homes. Each building has four storeys with a single residence on every floor, and homes have 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms along with a staff room and a storage space in the basement. Golf course and park facing, they come with marble flooring, laminated wooden flooring in bedrooms, modular wardrobes, fully fitted modular kitchens with hob, chimney, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine, VRV air conditioning in bedrooms, living and dining, home automation, an enhanced floor height of up to about 3.2 metres and a landscaped terrace garden.
