DLF Downtown is a large mixed-use commercial district by DLF in Sectors 24 and 25A, DLF City Phase III, next to the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway on NH-8, on a site of about 32.36 acres with over 11 million sq ft planned. It is imagined as the next chapter of DLF Cyber City, bringing Grade A offices with column-free design and large floor plates, high-end retail, dining and hospitality together in one campus. The buildings are LEED Platinum certified with smart infrastructure, and the district sits beside Ambience Mall with international malls, five-star hotels and restaurants close by. Development is in phases, with some towers already operational and others being delivered over the coming years, and amenities include a gym and wellness area, nursing rooms, a games area, meeting rooms and a serviced cafe and barista bar.
