Elan The Mark

Elan The Mark is an under construction high street retail and entertainment destination by the Elan Group in Sector 106, on a 150 metre wide road next to the Dwarka Expressway. Designed by the architects Benoy, with landscape by SWA and lighting by CD+M, it offers triple-height shops facing the main road of about 2,000 to 2,200 sq ft, lower ground and ground floor shops facing a water body of about 1,250 to 1,500 sq ft, first floor shops of about 1,100 to 1,250 sq ft, a third floor food court of about 800 to 1,000 sq ft and a fourth floor entertainment zone of about 600 to 800 sq ft. The project has a low-maintenance premium facade, ample parking, multiple access with escalators and staircases, and about 1.25 lakh people living nearby. Cyber City is about 15 to 20 minutes away, IGI Airport about 20 to 25 minutes and the India International Convention and Expo Centre about 10 to 15 minutes, with the proposed metro line close by.
