AIPL Joy District / Joy Street

AIPL Joy District is a large high street retail and entertainment destination by AIPL in Sector 88, New Gurugram, on a wide 150 metre multi-utility corridor near the Dwarka Expressway, spread over about 10.4 acres with more than 1.2 million sq ft of development and around 1,190 units. The plan is a G plus four structure with double basements, where the lower ground or basement holds a hypermarket with travellators, ground and first floors hold high street retail, the second floor holds retail and rooftop restaurants, and the third floor holds a multiplex of about 11 screens along with entertainment, a food court and rooftop restaurants. Units run from about 500 to 4,000 sq ft. The project is planned as a partially air conditioned mall with 18 passenger and 21 service lifts, escalators, water bodies and fountains, cheerful open shopping areas, ample parking, power backup and security, and is described as LEED or GRIHA certified.
