AIPL Joy Central is a mixed-use commercial development by AIPL in Sector 65, bang on Golf Course Extension Road opposite St Xavier’s High School, on about 3.98 acres with a frontage of about 415 feet. The building runs to about 22 floors, with high street retail on the ground, first and second floors set around themed piazzas and courtyards connected by escalators, lifts and staircases, double-height units on the ground and second floors, a six screen multiplex of about 1,200 seats on the third floor, and managed serviced apartments and furnished office suites from the fifth to the eleventh floor.
