It is planned as a 22-storey tower with four basement levels holding about 165 units of premium office space, retail outlets and multiplex units, aimed at multinational corporations, global capability centres, financial institutions and knowledge-based enterprises, and M3M will house its own corporate headquarters across three floors. Amenities include a grand entrance lobby, high speed elevators, a smart building management system, central air conditioning, multi-level parking, a members-only business club, conference rooms, a business lounge, cafes and restaurants, landscaped outdoor areas, power backup, fire safety systems, access control, visitor management, CCTV and 24 hour security. The tower is integrated with the one-kilometre M3M Capital Walk retail stretch, and construction is scheduled for completion by the end of 2029.
