4S Aster Avenue 36 is an affordable housing project by 4S Developers in Sector 36, Sohna, near the Gurugram-Sohna elevated road and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, spread over about 9.6 acres and being built in phases. Phase one has around 708 apartments, all 3 BHK, from about 645 sq ft of carpet area with a balcony of about 177 sq ft and some units with a terrace, in towers of basement plus stilt plus 25 floors with three lifts in each tower.
