Elan Empire

Elan Empire is an under construction commercial project by the Elan Group in Sector 66, on Golf Course Extension Road inside the Emaar township, on about 1.46 acres with a single tower of about six to eight floors holding around 312 to 351 units. It offers premium retail shops from about 350 to 400 sq ft, a food court and Grade A office spaces from about 800 sq ft, with double-height road facing shops, a frontage of about 350 feet, a double-height lobby, a grand central atrium, luxury interiors and multiple levels of parking.
