Emaar Urban Oasis

Emaar Urban Oasis is an under construction development by Emaar India in Sector 62, off Golf Course Extension Road, designed by Morphogenesis and spread over about 9.53 acres. Five towers of about 26 floors hold around 525 homes of 2, 3 and 4 BHK, in simplex and duplex layouts with only four apartments per core, planned for daylight and cross ventilation, with voice supported automation for lighting and climate, video door phones and motion sensor lights. The three level clubhouse of about 1 lakh sq ft has an infinity edge pool with a pool deck and a separate kids pool, gym, spa, yoga area, indoor games, party hall and cafe lounge, and the grounds add a multipurpose play court, kids play area, teenage interaction zone, elderly interaction zone, jogging track, landscaped greens by Oracle, rain water harvesting and EV charging.
