Krisumi Waterside Residences is an under construction development by Krisumi Corporation, the Indo-Japanese joint venture between Krisumi and Sumitomo, in Sector 36A on the Dwarka Expressway. Four towers of about 42 floors hold roughly 720 homes of 2, 3 and 4 BHK and penthouses, described in Japanese style as 2 LDK to 3 LDK plus S, with about 70 per cent open area. Master planning and architecture are by Nikken Sekkei of Japan. Homes have floor to ceiling windows, modular kitchens, VRV air conditioning and home automation. The multi level Cascade clubhouse of about 36,000 sq ft has a gym, bar, restaurant, spa, salon and cinema, and the grounds add a swimming pool with poolside seating, fitness, yoga and wellness spaces, landscaped gardens and walking trails, sports courts and seating lounges, with multi tier gated security. The project sits inside Krisumi City of about 65 acres, next to a large green zone.
