M3M Jewel is an under construction luxury retail destination by M3M India in Sector 25, directly on MG Road next to the MG Road Metro Station, and is described as NCR’s first hybrid retail address, combining an enclosed mall with open-air plazas and streetscapes. It offers three levels of retail, a two-level food court, a multiplex of four to five screens and anchor stores, with units from about 300 to 2,500 sq ft and larger formats up to about 12,000 sq ft, many of them double-height with mezzanine floors that bring in natural light and give strong storefront display. The project has a frontage of about 100 metres, three levels of basement parking for over 500 vehicles, high speed elevators and escalators, power backup and security.
