Parq by Conscient is an under construction development by Conscient Infrastructure in Sector 80, New Gurgaon, at the foothills of the Aravallis. Four towers of about 30 to 34 floors on about 5.6 to 6.5 acres hold around 528 homes of 3 and 4 BHK, about 1,945 to 2,850 sq ft, with wide balconies opening onto green views instead of facing other blocks.
